OWNER & DESIGNER
November 2019 I completed my first wedding as a florist following a floral design course in my second year at Brigham Young University. Soon after, it came to my realization that college was actutally holding me back from opportunities that would get me closer to my dreams of being a wedding guru for Utah Valley and beyond. So, I left college. Found another opportunity to learn with a more hands on floral course, and leaned into the joy that floral design brought me.
In January 2020 we started Allyse’s floral inside of the bridal shop! Even with a global pandemic and having been in our first few months of existence we had a fully booked summer and I couldn’t get enough. I literally couldn’t stop thinking of other opportunities that would allow us to reach and connect to so many more than just our brides who were in need.
Today I have taken the opportunity to become sole owner and designer for the company which I have renamed to De La Flor! This was my original name for my floral design account that later adapted into Allyse's Floral. In addition to serving brides, I also offer floral design courses to help other creatives get the education necessary for this career! I am so excited and grateful for this opportunity and can't wait for it to grow!
