There’s something utterly magical about mountain weddings — the crisp air, the sweeping views, and the feeling of being tucked away in a world made just for you. That magic was on full display at the end of June, when we had the absolute joy of designing the florals for Claire and Ryan’s stunning destination wedding at Snowbird Cliff Lodge.

Set high in the Wasatch Mountains, this wedding was all about effortless elegance and fresh, sunny romance. With a soft yellow and white color palette, the florals felt light, joyful, and timeless — the perfect reflection of Claire and Ryan’s sweet and genuine love.

A Destination Wedding Dream

For Claire and Ryan, Snowbird was more than a breathtaking location — it was an intentional choice for gathering loved ones in a place that felt sacred and serene. The Cliff Lodge’s modern alpine architecture provided a sleek backdrop, while the surrounding mountains brought natural grandeur to every photo, every moment, every detail.

We embraced the destination feel by keeping the floral design airy and nature-inspired. Our goal? Let the mountains breathe, and let the flowers sing.

The Florals: Light, Lush, and Full of Joy

Claire envisioned a floral palette that was clean but vibrant — think lemony yellows, creamy whites, and soft textures. We curated blooms like butter-yellow garden roses, white peonies, delicate chamomile, lisianthus, ranunculus, and climbing clematis, paired with subtle greenery and textural filler to keep the arrangements loose and organic.

Her bridal bouquet was cheerful and elegant, filled with soft golden tones and buttery blooms — a perfect complement to her minimal, modern gown. The ceremony arch, set against the mountain backdrop, framed the couple in layers of romantic yellow and ivory blooms that danced in the alpine breeze.

Every element — from aisle markers to centerpieces — was designed to echo the warmth of summer light and the peacefulness of the high-altitude setting.

Celebrating in the Clouds

From the mountaintop ceremony to a reception full of laughter, toasts, and golden-hour views, this wedding was a reminder of why we love what we do. The joy was palpable. The love was sincere. And the florals helped tell the story in a way words never could.
